Kendal wabeke

Kendal is our certified home inspector. He grew up in Hamilton MI, a small town just South of Holland, and is proud to be a West Michigan small business owner.

Following years of experience in construction, Kendal received his Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Central Michigan University. As an engineer, he enjoys figuring out how things work and is naturally detail oriented. He also owns and manages several real estate properties in the Grand Rapids area.

Kendal is a certified home inspector by InterNACHI, a certified Radon tester, and a member of GRAR.

Alison is married to Kendal and works on marketing, branding, and strategy with Blue House Home Inspections. She grew up and still lives in Kentwood, MI and is proud to be part of such a diverse and vibrant neighborhood.

She received her Bachelors degree from Calvin University and a Master of Business Administration at Central Michigan University. She also works full time as the Deputy Executive Director for ASJ.
